摘要:在用喜树碱作用于钉螺实验中,喜树碱具有明显的灭螺效果,将喜树碱配成50、100、200、400、800mg/L,5个浓度处理4 d,200、400、800 mg/L在第4 d均达到80%以上的灭螺效果.经喜树碱提取液半致死浓度处理的钉螺,其碱性磷酸酶和谷丙转氨酶的活性均升高后下降.且钉螺头部肿胀,肌肉溃损,细胞核形态异常,微绒毛散乱,组织水肿.
In the experiment of using camptothecin to kill Oncomelania hupensis, the result showed camptothecin was effective in killing Oncomelania hupensis. Preparing camptothecin in five different concentrations for 4 days, and these concentrations were 50, 100, 200, 400 and 800 mg/L, respectively. Among these concentrations, the 200,400 and 800 mg/L could reach up to 80% in the effectiveness of killing Oncomelania hupensis on the fourth day. For those Oncomelania hupensis treated by solution LC50, the activity of their AKP and GPT showed a decrease after initial rise. In addition, the head of oncomelania swelled, its muscle festered, its nucleus were deformed, the microvillus were messy, and there occured an edema in its tissue.
