摘要：分析了单轴环式拌胶机的三个主要结构参数(拌胶爪角度、拌胶爪与腔体内壁间隙和主轴转速)对刨花物料在拌胶机内腔中的运行状况和拌胶产量的影响,并对这三个结构参数进行了正交试验。试验表明,拌胶爪的角度是拌胶机产量的最大影响因素。
Three main structure parameters of single-axis annular glue blender （the angle of blend claw, the space between claw and inside wall of glue blender, the speed of axis） was analyzed in this paper, and then, orthogonal test was carried on this three structure parameters. Results showed that the angle of blend claw is the biggest affect to the production of glue blender.
