摘要:为阐明杏香兔耳风绿原酸与芦丁含量的地理变异模式,确定其优良种源区。采用高效液相色谱法对全分布区9个地理杏香兔耳风种源绿原酸与芦丁含量特征进行了测定分析。结果表明不同种源杏香兔耳风绿原酸含量变异幅度为0.148~1.178 mg/g,芦丁变异幅度为0.227~0.537 mg/g,不同种源间绿原酸与芦丁含量差异分别达到极显著(P<0.01)和显著水平(P<0.05),种源间绿原酸与芦丁含量变异大于种源内,种源间表型分化系数分别为92.76%和95.73%;不同种源内植株间芦丁与绿原酸含量性状离散程度不同;绿原酸与芦丁含量与7月均温呈显著正相关,与其它地理生态因子相关性不显著;聚类分析可将9个种源划分为2个类群,低变异低绿原酸与芦丁含量类群和高变异高绿原酸含量类群。湖南洞口、浙江宁波、江西分宜和江西芦溪种源为高绿原酸与芦丁含量种源,是开展优良种质选择和发展林下种植的理想地区。
The study aims at comparing and analyzing the variation pattern of the chlorogenic acid and rutin content of Ainsliaea fragrans of different provenances and clarifing the superior provenances.METHODS The chlorogenic acid and rutin content of Ainsliaea fragrans from 9 nature distribution regions in cChina were measured and analyzed.The results showed that there were extremely significant(P<0.01)and significant(P<0.05)differences among the chlorogenic acid and rutin contents from different regions.The chlorogenic acid and rutin content ranged from 0.148 mg/g to 1.178 mg/g and from 0.227 mg/g to 0.537 mg/g,respectively.The phenotypic differentiation coefficient(VST)of the chlorogenic acid and rutin content among provenances were 92.76%and 95.73%,which indicated that the phenotypic variation mainly occurred within provenances.The chlorogenic acid and rutin content had a positive correlation with the mean temperature in July,and the relationship between the chlorogenic acid and rutin content of Ainsliaea fragrans and other geographical climate factors was not significant.According to the results of cluster analysis,nine Ainsliaea fragrans provenances could be divided into two groups namely,the provenance of lower variance and lower chlorogenic acid and rutin content and that of higher variance and higher chlorogenic acid and rutin content,in which the provenances from Dongkou of Hunan Province,Ningbo of Zhejiang Province and Fenyi of Jiangxi Province,and Luxi of Jiangxi Province were the superior provenances and suitable zones for the selection and cultivation of Ainsliaea fragrans under forests stand.
