摘要:松褐天牛肿腿蜂Sclerodermus alternatusi Yang是中国近年来发现的又一硬皮肿腿蜂属寄生蜂新种,其可寄生多种林木蛀干害虫。研究表明,光周期对寄生蜂的发育和繁殖有重要影响,但光周期对松褐天牛肿腿蜂的影响未见报道。本研究在0 L∶24 D、8 L∶16 D、16 L∶8 D、24 L∶0 D 4个光周期条件下研究了松褐天牛肿腿蜂的发育历期和子代数量。结果表明,松褐天牛肿腿蜂卵历期、幼虫历期和蛹历期均随光照时长增加而缩短,全暗条件下,3个发育历期均最长,全亮条件下最短,卵历期相差约2 d,幼虫历期相差约4 d,蛹历期相差约10 d,整个卵至蛹发育历期相差约16 d。光周期显著影响子代雄蜂数,24 L∶0 D时最少,平均1.4头/管,比最大值少约2.3头/管。光周期对子代雌蜂数和子代总数影响较小,分别介于42~45头/管和44~47头/管之间。4个处理下松褐天牛肿腿蜂均具典型偏雌性比,其雌蜂比例均高于90%,其中24 L∶0 D时最高,达97%。子代雌蜂有翅率随光照时长增加呈先升后降趋势,16 L∶8 D时最高,达32.9%,0 L∶24 D时最低,仅5.1%。不同光周期下松褐天牛肿腿蜂雌蜂对麻竖毛天牛Thyestilla gebleri Faldermann幼虫的寄生率均大于85%,育出子代率均大于80%,差异较小。以上结果表明,在室内繁育松褐天牛肿腿蜂时,应给予一定的光照条件,光周期以16 L∶8 D最佳,不仅大幅缩短子代发育历期,同时具翅雌蜂比例最高,利于雌蜂扩散,而且对子代数量的影响较小。
Sclerodermus alternatusi Yang,a newly discovered parasitic wasp of the genus Sclerodermus in China in recent years,was capable of parasitizing a variety of wood-boring pests in trees.Research indicate that photoperiod had a significant impact on the development and reproduction of parasitic wasps,yet its impact on S.alternatusi remains unreported.This study investigated the developmental duration and offspring quantity of S.alternatusi under four different photoperiods:0 L∶24 D,8 L∶16 D,16 L∶8 D,and 24 L∶0 D.The results showed that the developmental durations of eggs,larvae,and pupae of S.alternatusi shortened as the length of light exposure increased.Under constant darkness(0 L∶24 D),all three developmental durations were the longest,while under continuous light(24 L∶0 D)they were the shortest.Specifically:egg duration differed by approximately 2 days,larval duration by about 4 days,and pupal duration by about 10 days.The total development time from egg to pupa varied by about 16 days.Photoperiod had a significant impact on the number of male offspring,with the fewest males under 24 L∶0 D photoperiod(averaging 1.4 males per tube),which was about 2.3 males per tube fewer than the maximum value observed.In contrast,the effect of photoperiod on the number of female offspring and total offspring was relatively small,ranging between 42 to 45 and 44 to 47 per tube,respectively.In all four treatments,S.alternatusi exhibited a typical female-biased sex ratio,with the proportion of females consistently above 90%and peaking at 97%under 24 L∶0 D photoperiod.The proportion of winged female offspring showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing as the light exposure lengthened,peaking at 32.9%under 16 L∶8 D photoperiod and dropping to the lowest value of 5.1%under 0 L∶24 D.Under all photoperiods,the parasitism rate of S.alternatusi females on Thyestilla gebleri Faldermann larvae exceeded 85%,and the rate of offspring production exceeded 80%,with little variation across treatments.The above results indicated that when breeding S.alternatusi indoors,it was important to provide a suitable light condition.A photoperiod of 16 L∶8 D was optimal,as it not only significantly shortened the development duration of offspring but also maximized the proportion of winged females,which was beneficial for dispersal,while had a minimal effect on the total number of offspring.
