摘要:介绍了麦草APMP制浆工艺,优化了硼氢化钠还原漂白的条件,研究了麦草原料的贮存时间对硼氢化钠还原的影响。研究结果表明:硼氢化钠最优使用条件为:用量1.0%以内,时间60min,pH10~11,漂白浆浓10%;与两段5.0%过氧化氢组合对麦草化学机械浆进行漂白,最高白度能够达到73.98%ISO;原料贮存时间越短对麦草APMP浆漂白越有利。
APMP process of wheat straw was introduced, the sodium borohydride bleaching conditions was optimized and effect of different storage-time of wheat straw material on bleaching was studied. The results showed that the optimal application conditions of sodium borohydride was as follows: sodium borohydride dosage below 1.0%, bleaching time 60min, pH 10-11, bleached pulp consistency 10%; the max final pulp brightness could be 73.98% ISO under the sodium borohydride optimal condition combined with two stage 5.0% H2O2 of wheat straw chemical mechanical pulp; the shorter storage-time material, the more favorable to wheat straw APMP bleaching.
