摘要:探究赤皮青冈不同家系的苗期生长和叶片性状遗传变异规律,为生产上选用苗期速生且遗传品质优良的家系提供参考。以浙江省庆元县实验林场2019年培育的52个赤皮青冈不同家系一年生容器苗为材料,调查其苗高、地径、叶片数、最大叶片长和最大叶片宽等生长性状,研究其遗传变异规律及各指标之间的相关性,并进行聚类分析。结果显示:(1)赤皮青冈不同家系间苗期生长和叶片性状呈极显著差异,各性状表型变异系数为17.68%~42.14%,遗传变异系数为4.17%~18.13%,其中苗高和叶片数变异较大;不同家系的生长和叶片性状的家系遗传力为0.71~0.90,单株遗传力为0.22~0.74,总体受较强遗传控制。赤皮青冈各性状的家系遗传力均大于单株遗传力,苗期以家系选择更有效。(2)苗高和地径之间以及苗高、地径和叶片性状间存在显著的表型和遗传正相关,生长快的家系叶片数量多、叶片长和宽较大。(3)聚类分析可将52个赤皮青冈的家系分为3类,其中8个苗期速生性较强家系,41个苗期速生性较中等家系,3个苗期生长较慢家系。研究表明,赤皮青冈苗期不同家系存在较大的遗传变异,并且生长和叶片性状受遗传效应影响较大,来自湖南城步(HNCB)的家系苗期表现相对较优。
In order to explore the genetic variation of growth and leaf traits of Cyclobalanopsis gilva families at seedling stage,and provide reference for selecting families with fast-growing and excellent genetic quality in production,the 1-year container seedlings of 52 different families of C.gilva cultivated in Qingyuan County Experimental Forest Farm of Zhejiang Province in 2019 were used as materials.The traits of seedling height,ground diameter,leaf number,maximum leaf length and maximum leaf width were investigated,the genetic variation and correlation of these indexes were studied,and cluster analysis was carried out.The results showed that:(1)There were significant differences in growth and leaf traits among different families of C.gilva at seedling stage.The phenotypic variation coefficient of all traits was 17.68%-42.14%,and the genetic variation coefficient was 4.17%-18.13%.The family heritability of growth and leaf traits of different families is 0.71~0.90,and the individual heritability is 0.22-0.74,which is generally under strong genetic control.The family heritability of all traits was greater than that of individual heritability,and the family selection was more effective for C.gilva at seedling stage;(2)Correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive phenotypic and genetic correlations between seedling height and ground diameter,as well as between seedling height,ground diameter and leaf traits.The families with fast growth had more leaves,longer and wider leaves.;(3)Cluster analysis can divide 52 families into three categories,including 8 families with strong fast-growing at seedling stage,41 families with medium fast-growing at seedling stage and 3 families with slow growth at seedling stage.In general,different families of C.gilva at seedling stage have large genetic variation,and the growth and leaf traits are greatly affected by genetic effects.The families from HNCB perform relatively well at seedling stage.
