摘要:【目的】研究马尾松(Pinus massoniana)纯林和混交林不同粒径土壤团聚体的养分含量分布,分析微生物多样性和群落结构对团聚体大小和养分含量的响应,为马尾松人工林土壤肥力维持提供科学指导。【方法】选择10年生的马尾松纯林和马尾松?杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)混交林,采集表层(0~10 cm)土壤,按照沙维洛夫干筛法筛分出大团聚体(>2 mm)、中团聚体(0.25~2 mm)、微团聚体(<0.25 mm)3类,测定不同马尾松林土壤团聚体的粒径占比、养分含量、微生物生物量。【结果】马尾松混交林土壤大团聚体比例显著高于纯林,中、微团聚体比例低于纯林;土壤微团聚体的全磷、全钾、全氮、有机碳含量最高,且混交林各团聚体有机碳、全氮含量均高于纯林,而全钾含量显著低于纯林;2种林分类型团聚体微生物的磷脂脂肪酸(PLFAs)含量主要集中在微团聚体,其中,马尾松混交林土壤团聚体微生物PLFAs总量、微生物多样性均高于纯林;在马尾松混交林中,土壤团聚体有机碳、全氮、全磷含量与微生物PLFAs含量呈正相关,且影响微生物群落结构的主要因素是全磷含量;在马尾松纯林中,团聚体有机碳、全氮含量和微生物PLFAs含量呈正相关,影响微生物群落结构的主要因素是有机碳含量。【结论】马尾松混交林提高了土壤肥力,改善了土壤团聚体结构,为土壤肥力维持提供了良好基础。
【Objective】To study the nutrient content distribution of soil aggregates of different particle sizes in pure and mixed forests of Masson pine(Pinus massoniana),the responses of microbial diversity and community structure to aggregate size and nutrient content were analyzed in order to provide scientific guidance for soil fertility maintenance of Masson pine plantations.【Methods】The 10-year-old Masson pine pure forest and Masson pine-Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)mixed forest were selected,the surface soil(0~10 cm)was collected,and the large aggregates(>2 mm),medium aggregates(0.25~2 mm)and small aggregates(<0.25 mm)were screened according to Shavilov dry screening method.The particle size proportion,nutrient content and microbial biomass of soil aggregates in different stand types of Masson pine were determined.【Results】The proportion of large aggregates in mixed forest was significantly higher than that in pure forest,and the proportion of medium and small aggregates was lower than that in pure forest.The contents of total phosphorus,total potassium,total nitrogen and organic carbon in soil small aggregates were the highest,and the contents of organic carbon and total nitrogen in mixed forest were higher than those in pure forest,while the content of total potassium was significantly lower than that in pure forest.The phospholipid fatty acid(PLFAs)content of microorganisms in aggregates of the two stand types was mainly concentrated in small aggregates,and the PLFAs total content and microbial community structure diversity in aggregates of Masson pine mixed stand were higher than those in pure stand.In Masson pine mixed forest,the contents of organic carbon,total nitrogen and total phosphorus in aggregates were positively correlated with the contents of microbial PLFAs,and the main factor affecting the microbial community structure was the total phosphorus content.In the pure forest of Masson pine,the contents of organic carbon and total nitrogen in aggregates were positively correlated with the microbial community structure,and the main factor affecting the total microbial community structure was organic carbon content.【Conclusion】The mixed forest of Masson pine increased soil fertility and improved soil structure,which provided a good basis for maintaining soil fertility of Masson pine plantations.
