摘要:采用差示扫描量热法对热塑性木质素酚醛树脂(LPF)在25~250℃范围内,以5、10、15、20℃/min 升温速率进行了动态同化反应研究。研究表明,随着升温速率的提高,树脂的起始固化温度,T_i、峰顶温度 T_p 以及终了固化温度 T_f 均有提高,LPF 的固化过程可以通过改变固化剂用量来优化固化行为,当固化剂用量达到12%(质量分数,下同)时其固化曲线与普通酚醛树脂固化曲线接近,且 T_p 大幅降低(与普通酚醛树脂比较)。固化反应热随升温速率和固化剂用量的改变变化不明显。采用 Ozawa 方程对 DSC 数据进行动力学研究,得到 LPF 固化反应活化能为85.64 kJ/mol。
Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was used to study the curing behavior of lignin phenolic resin (LPF) at heating rates of 5, 10, 15, and 20 ℃/min between 25 ℃ and 250℃. All the initial temperature Ti, peak temperature Tp, and final temperature Tf of curing increased with increasing heating rate. The curing behavior of LPF was affected by the amount of curing agent. When the content of curing agent was 12 %, the curing behavior of LPF was similar to that of neat PF, but with a greatly lower Tp. Little change in reaction heat was observed by altering heating rate and amount of curing agent. The kinetic analysis was performed by means of Ozawa equation and activation energy was obtained as 85.64 kJ/mol.
