摘要：对中国牡丹、芍药资源与利用现状进行了概述 ,指出世界花卉业发展的新趋势与中国加入 WTO为中国牡丹、芍药生产的产业化与可持续发展带来了契机。提出通过迁地保护中心的建立来实现对牡丹、芍药资源利用的可持续性 ;通过形成具有中国特色的牡丹、芍药新品系与发展产业化生产相配套的技术来实现对牡丹、芍药资源的有效开发与利用 ;通过专业人才的培养、信息网络的完善来为牡丹、芍药产业的发展注入活力 ;通过优化产业结构 ,加强宏观调控来保证牡丹、芍药产业的健康发展 ,从而实现中国牡丹、芍药生产的产业化与可持续发展。
Current status of Chinese peony resource and its utilization is summarized. The entrance of WTO and the new trend of the world flowers and plants industry bring a chance to the industrialization of Chinese peony industry and sustainable development. To make this come into being,ex situ conservation center must be set up to protect the wild peony resource,new varieties and their matched technique must be created to exploit and use the peony resource effectively,professional person must be trained and informational net must be perfected to infuse vigor to the industry,the industry structure must be optimized and macro-control must be strengthened to guarantee the development of peony industry healthily.
