摘要:对黄牡丹种子进行不同剂量的60Co-γ射线辐照处理,以未照射种子为对照,观测辐照对种子生根、萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:种子生根率和萌发率随辐照剂量增加而降低,高剂量(100 Gy以上)对种子萌发和幼苗生长有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05),辐照的剂量与幼苗存活率呈负相关,且幼苗表型性状各不相同。根据试验数据以及回归分析确定黄牡丹种子的临界剂量为48.5 Gy,适宜剂量范围为40~60 Gy。
The seeds of Paeonia lutea were irradiated by different doses of ^60Co-γ ray, and the effects on the rooting rate, germination rate and seedling growth were investigated. The results showed that germination and seedling growth decreased with the increase of irradiation dose ; higher dose irradiation (≥100Gy) inhibited the growth significantly (P 〈 0. 05). Negative correlation was found between seedling survival rate and irradiation dose. It was concluded that semi-lethal dose of the P. lutea was 48.5 Gy, and the suitable irradiation dose range was 40 to 60 Gy.
