摘要:通过曼尼希反应,用木质素磺酸钠改性脂肪族多胺,合成了一种新型的水性环氧固化剂,红外光谱表征了目标产物的结构。通过测试固化体系的邵氏硬度、拉剪强度、正拉黏接强度和耐热性等,研究了NaOH水溶液用量、原料的配比、反应温度、反应时间、固化剂与环氧树脂的配比等对固化体系性能的影响。结果表明:在不使用NaOH水溶液情况下,木质素磺酸钠、二乙烯三胺、苯酚、甲醛的质量比为20∶90∶30∶78,于80~90℃下反应5 h制备的水性固化剂与环氧树脂质量比按30∶100复配时,固化体系的综合性能最佳,其中拉剪强度达4.46 MPa、正拉黏接强度达1.62 MPa、邵氏强度达82、极值热分解温度为387.9℃。
A new kind of water-borne curing agent of epoxy resin was synthesized with aliphatic polyamine which was modified by lignosulfonate through Mannich reaction,and the structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR.Effects of the amount of sodium hydroxide solution,the rate of raw material,reaction temperature,reaction time and the ratio of curing agent to epoxy resin on the properties of cured product was studied by measuring Shore hardness,tensile shear strength,tensile bond strength and heat resistance.The results showed that the optimum formulation and curing conditions were as follows: sodium lignosulphonate,diethylenetriamine,phenol and formaldehyde with mass ratio of 20∶90∶30∶78,at 80-90 ℃ for 5 h.The results indicated that the optimum properties were as follows: tensile shear strength 4.46 MPa,tension bond strength 1.62 MPa,Shore hardness 82,extreme thermo-decomposing temperature 387.9 ℃,when the ratio of waterborne epoxy curing agent to epoxy resin was adjusted to 30∶100(g∶g).
