摘要:静电喷涂技术在木门制造中的应用才刚起步,木门表面电阻的大小直接影响静电喷涂的效果。实木复合门是木门中的重要分支,它多以中密度纤维板(MDF)作为上下表层基材,并采用装饰薄木通过热压胶合的方式进行饰面处理。因此,探究装饰薄木饰面过程对木门表面电阻的影响规律能够为其后续的静电喷涂工艺提供关键数据及理论依据。笔者通过实验手段,以黑胡桃装饰薄木与中密度纤维板的饰面过程作为研究对象,分析饰面过程中胶合试件表面电阻的演变规律,以此来分析装饰薄木饰面过程对木门表面电阻的影响规律。实验结果表明:由于装饰薄木饰面过程中胶黏剂层的引入,木门饰面后其表面电阻降低、导电特性提高,有助于提高静电喷涂效果。
Electrostatic spraying technology has just been applied in the manufacture of wooden doors. The surface resistance of wooden door could affect the quality of electrostatic spraying directly. Wood composite door is an important branch of wooden door. Medium density fiberboard (MDF) is used for wood composite door as the upper and lower surface material and decorative veneer is used for decoration by hot pressing and bonding. Therefore, the research on the effect of decoration process of decorative veneer on the surface resistance of wooden door can provide key data and theoretical basis for electrostatic spraying process of wood composite door. The decoration process of Juglans Nigra decorative veneer and medium density fiberboard is taken as research object in this paper and the effect of decoration process on surface resistance of bonding specimen is analyzed by experimental means, which can reflect the effect of decoration process of decorative veneer on the surface resistance of wooden door. Experimental results show that the surface resistance of wooden door after decoration process is decreased and electrical conductivity of wooden door is improved due to the introduction of adhesive layer, which is helpful for electrostatic spraying.
