摘要：文章系统阐述了湿地生态补偿标准和模式的基础理论,对生态补偿的相关理论、补偿特点、标准制定等方面做了总结和阐述;通过对近年来我国和其他国家湿地生态补偿的标准和模式进行系统梳理;总结概括了目前湿地生态补偿的标准和模式,主要包括政府为主导的政府补偿模式和市场化运作为主导的市场补偿模式。对未来湿地生态补偿标准的建立和模式的完善进行了展望。
The paper firstly stated the basic theory related the standard and model of wetland ecological compensation, summarized and elaborated the related theory, compensation characteristics, standard formulation of ecological compensation, and then made a systematic review of wetland ecological compensation standard and mode in domestic and abroad in recent years; summarized the current wetland ecological compensation standard and mode, including the market mechanism of government-oriented government compensation mode and market-oriented market compensation mode. Finally, the future establishment of wetland ecological compensation standard and the improvement of its model were prospected.
