摘要:[目的]探究截顶矮化对勃氏甜龙竹截顶方面的策略,为勃氏甜龙竹设施高效培育提供理论依据。[方法]以福建漳州引进的勃氏甜龙竹为材料,选用不同胸径(25、30、35 mm)和不同截顶高度(200、240、280 cm)处理,通过测量并分析勃氏甜龙竹个体生长指标、叶绿素以及光合参数、叶片养分等指标,评价不同胸径和截顶强度的作用效果。[结果](1)截顶明显降低了勃氏甜龙竹枝下高,并且随着截顶强度的增加,最下层枝夹角变大,枝盘数、叶面积指数变化不显著。(2)截顶后下层叶的叶绿素含量大于上层,最大净光合速率显著小于上层叶,其中以H2D2处理后最大。(3)截顶后,上冠层叶片C、N、P均大于下冠层,C/N、C/P、N/P均小于下冠层,其中以截顶H2处理后叶片养分含量最高。(4)从竹笋营养物质、粗糙度、口味等方面看,H1处理后笋品质最高。[结论]截顶处理后,勃氏甜龙竹会进行补偿性生长,夏季棚内温度高,高截顶(H3)竹子光合作用受到抑制,H2处理竹子营养积累能力更强。H1处理的甜龙竹在营养有限的情况下,优先保证了笋品质,但笋产量降低。因此,在控制好肥料和温度保证笋品质的前提下,H2处理是最优且最经济的选择。
[Objective]To identify effective topping-induced dwarfing for Dendrocalamus brandisii and provide a theoretical basis for efficient,controlled-environment conditions.[Method]Using introduced Dendrocalamus brandisii plants from Zhangzhou,Fujian Province experiments were conducted with different breast diameters(25 mm,30 mm,35 mm)and top-cutting heights(200 cm,240 cm,280 cm).The effects of these factors on growth were evaluated by measuring and analyzing individual growth indicators,chlorophyll,photosynthetic parameters,and leaf nutrients.[Result](1)Top-ping significantly reduced the height of the lower branches.As the cuntting intensity increased,the angle of the lowest branches widened,while the number of branches and leaf area index showed no significant change.(2)After topcutting,chlorophyll content was higher in lower leaves than in upper leaves,whereas the maximum net photosynthetic rate was significantly lower in lower leaves.The H2D2 treatment exhibited the most pronounced effect.(3)Following top-cutting,the C,N,and P contents in upper canopy leaves were higher than those in the lower canopy,while the C/N,C/P,and N/P ratios were lower.Among the treatments,H2 resulted in the highest nutrient content.(4)In terms of nutrient content,roughness,and taste of bamboo shoots,H1 treatment resulted in the highest quality of bamboo shoots.[Conclusion]Topping triggers compensatory growth in Dendrocalamus brandisii.In summer,when greenhouse temperatures are high,high topping(H3)suppresses photosynthesis,whereas H2 enhances nutrient accumulation.H1 prioritizes shoot quality under limited nutrition,but reduces yield.Therefore,H2 is the optimal and most economical choicewhen fertilizer input and temperature are managed to secure shoot quality.
