摘要:采用林木数量遗传方法特别是方差分析法对油茶果实的主要数量性状进行遗传力、遗传变异系数、遗传增益等遗传参数的测算,实验结果表明:果实纵横径比、单果鲜出籽率和皮厚3个性状的各杂交组合单株间的变异系数均存在极显著差异,杂交组合间纵横径比和皮厚性状达到极显著差异,单果鲜出籽率差异不显著;同一性状不同组合受环境和遗传影响的相对大小基本相同,同一性状不同组合遗传力和遗传增益均表现出不同程度的差异.
The methods in quantitative genetics, variance analysis in particular, were used to estimate the heritability, hereditary variability coefficient and genetic advance of the fruit quantitative characters. Very significant variance was observed among different trees of the same hybrid combination in 3 characters of fruit vertical and transverse diameter, the seed ratios of fresh fruit, pericarp thickness. The characters of fruit vertical and transverse diameter and pericarp thickness exist very significant variance among different hybrid combinations, the trait of the seed ratios of fresh fruit has no difference among different hybrid combinations; the relative effect of environment and genetic was the same basically among different combinations of among, both the heritability and genetic advance exist different variance among the different combinations of the same character.
