摘要:以生物油脂为原料,通过裂解和酯化两个反应过程分别生成3种新的生物油脂裂解燃油(大豆油裂解燃油SBPF、皂脚裂解燃油SSPF、地沟油裂解燃油HWPF)。将3种生物燃油以不同的添加量分别添加到脂肪酸甲酯类生物柴油中,研究其组成含量对低温流动性能的影响。结果表明:常规的生物柴油凝点和冷滤点分别为11℃和12℃,通过添加20%皂脚裂解燃油,可使其凝点和冷滤点分别降至4℃和7℃。通过差示扫描热量分析,可知调合后可略微降低油品的析蜡温度,并且其降凝效果符合共晶理论。通过析蜡结晶物的GC-MS分析验证,生物油脂裂解燃油的加入主要是改变结晶特性,而对析出的蜡晶的组成及其含量无影响。
Three kinds of pyrolysis fuel (SBPF, SSPF, HWPF)were produced with different biolipids (soybean oil, soapstock oil, hogwash oil)as raw material through pyrolysis reaction and esterification reaction. The effect of those three pyrolysis fuels on low-temperature fluidity was investigated with the addition of pyrolysis fuel to fatty acid methyl ester biodiesel. The results indicated that the cold filter plugging point (CFPP) and solidifying point (SP) decrease from 11 ℃ and 12 ℃ to 4 ℃ and 7 ℃ respectively, with the addition of 20% SSPF. The DSC results showed that, pyrolysis fuel blending slightly decreases the wax temperature of biodiesel, which conformed to the theory of co-crystallization. The GC- MS results indicated that the addition of pyrolysis fuel mainly lead to the change of crystalline characteristics with no influence to the composition of wax crystals.
