摘要:目的研究不同田间土壤水分处理下欧李果肉品质的变化规律,以期为欧李精确灌溉和节水生产提供依据。方法通过测定不同田间水分条件处理下欧李植株所产果肉品质,探讨长期土壤干旱胁迫对欧李果肉品质及水分生产效率等的影响,确定欧李的最佳田间水分条件。结果①随施水量的增加,欧李全果质量及果肉质量均呈先增后减的趋势,单个欧李果肉质量在4682.040~7876.213 mg,并在400 mm田间水分条件下达到最大值7876.213 mg。②在400 mm田间水分条件下,最有利于欧李果肉及种仁中成分的积累,果实各种成分含量高、抗氧化能力强;欧李果肉总黄酮含量、总糖含量、可滴定酸含量、总蛋白含量分别在400 mm田间水分条件下达到最大值74.661 mg·g^(-1)样品鲜重(FW)、36.337 mg·g^(-1) FW、4.461 mg·g^(-1) FW、4.237 mg·g^(-1) FW;单个欧李果实果肉总黄酮含量、总糖含量、总蛋白含量、总原花青素含量分别达到最大值298.947 mg、591.094 mg、33.369 mg、91.757 mg。③欧李果肉各类成分的积累之间普遍成正相关,田间水分条件与欧李果肉的抗氧化能力成负相关。结论欧李的最佳田间水分条件为年均降雨量相当400 mm,此时果实各种成分含量高、抗氧化能力强。
Objective To determine the variation of fruit meat quality of Cerasus humilis under different soil water conditions in the field to provide evidence for irrigation and water-saving production of plums.Methods By measuring the pulp quality under different field water conditions,we determined the effect of long-term soil drought stress on the pulp quality and water production efficiency of plum,and the best field water condition for plums.Results①With the increase of water,the whole fruit weight and flesh mass content of Cerasus humilis increased first and then decreased;the meat weight of single plum fruit ranged from 4682.040 to 7876.213 mg,and reached the maximum 7876.213 mg under 400 mm field water.②Under 400 mm field water,the accumulation of components in the meat and kernel of Cerasus humilis was most favorable, and the content of various components in the fruit was high with strong the antioxidant capacity. The content of total flavonoids, total sugar, titratable acid and total protein in Fructo auriculata reached the maximum of 74.661 mg·g^(-1) FW, 36.337 mg·g^(-1) FW, 4.461 mg·g^(-1) FW and 4.237 mg·g^(-1) FW under 400 mm field water, respectively. The content of components, total flavone content, total sugar content, total protein content and total proanthocyanidin content of single fruit flesh reached the maximum value of 298.947 mg, 591.094 mg, 33.369 mg and 91.757 mg, respectively. ③ There was a positive correlation between the accumulation of various components of plum fruit meat and seed kernel, and a negative correlation between field water and antioxidant capacity of plum fruit meat. Conclusion When the optimum field water condition of the plum is 400 mm (annual rainfall), the fruit has high content of various components, strong antioxidant capacity, and high content of kernel components.
