摘要：文章介绍了APEC层面对打击非法采伐和相关贸易的推动作用,以及亚太区域内主要经济体对木材合法性要求的新动向;分析了当前我国在APEC框架下参与打击非法采伐和相关贸易工作面临的机遇和挑战;探讨了在该框架下进一步深入参与国际打击非法采伐及相关贸易工作的总体思路和有效途径。
As the influential forum for economic cooperation in Asia-Pacific region, APEC has been actively pro-moting their regional course on combating illegal logging and associated trade. This paper analyses the opportunitiesand challenges in combating illegal logging and associated trade under the APEC framework currently for China,and explores the general idea and effective ways to engage in international efforts in combating illegal logging and as-sociated trade.
