摘要：介绍了一种基于PLC控制的自动上料设备。该设备应用于结构用集成材拼方过程中,具有自动传送、自动翻转、步进推靠、自动卸料等功能。对该设备的主要机械结构、动作方式和电气控制原理做了详细的表述。此设备已经成功应用于生产实践,并且运行稳定可靠,操作方便快捷。
This paper introduces an automatic feeding equipment based on PLC control.And the equipment is applied in structural glulam jointed-board,with functions of automatic transmission,automatic rollover,stepping push against and automatic unloading,etc.The main mechanical structure,working methods and electrical control principles of feeding equipment are described in detail.This equipment has been applied in production practice successfully,runs stably and is easy to operate.
