摘要:丽赤壳属真菌的一些物种是重要的植物病原菌,该属真菌在土壤中广泛分布。致病力测试结果表明一些分离于土壤的丽赤壳属物种对接种的桉树苗有很强的致病性。本文简要介绍了全球丽赤壳属物种多样性特征;总结了我国土壤中丽赤壳属真菌物种多样性特征,阐述了各物种的分布范围、形态特征和致病性等;概述了影响森林土壤中真菌多样性的因素。
Some species of Calonectria are important plant pathogens, which are widely distributed in soil.Pathogenicity tests showed that some Calonectria species isolated from soil are highly pathogenic to inoculated Eucalyptus seedlings. In this paper, the species diversity of Calonectria around the world is introduced;the species diversity of Calonectria in soils of China is summarized, and the distribution range,morphological characteristics and pathogenicity of each species are described. Furthermore, the factors affecting fungal diversity in forest soil are documented.
