摘要：中国林科院热带林业实验中心(以下简称"热林中心")成立以来森林经营取得一些成绩,但在树种结构、森林经营管理水平等方面还存在一些问题。今后热林中心森林经营的思路是:以保护发展森林资源、改善生态环境和推进生态文明和美丽中国建设为宗旨,以森林可持续经营理论和森林经营规划为依据,以培育健康、稳定、高效的森林生态系统和提供更多更好的优质林产品为目标,建立以珍贵树种大径材培育为主导的多功能近自然森林经营技术体系,通过严格保护、积极发展、科学经营、持续利用森林资源,不断提升森林资源的数量和质量,稳步增强森林生态系统的整体功能,充分发挥森林资源的多种效益,实现林业可持续发展。
The Experimental Center of Tropical Forestry,Chinese Academy of Forestry( ECTF) has made some achievements in forest management since its establishment;however,there are still some problems in tree species structure and management level. The forest management concept of ECTF in the next phase would be: aiming to protect forest resources,improve the ecological environment,and promote ecological civilization and the construction of beautiful China,based on the theory of sustainable forest management and the forest management plan,it is expected to foster a healthy,stable and productive forest ecosystem,as well as to provide more high quality forest products. By establishing a multi-functional,close-to-nature forest management technical system dominated by the cultivation of large diameter timber of rare tree species,through strict protection,active development,scientific management and sustainable utilization of the forest resources,the quality of forest will be continuously improved,the overall function of forest ecosystem will be steadily enhanced,the benefits of forest resources will be fully emerged,and thus will achieve forest sustainable development.
