摘要：文中在介绍国外森林资源数据共享现状和发展趋势的基础上,重点分析了我国的森林资源数据共享现状及存在的问题。国外在森林资源共享方面已经建立了比较完善的共享服务机制,共享的数据资源非常丰富。数据共享对其林业科技发展的作用十分明显。近几年,我国森林资源数据共享工作进展迅速,在标准规范研制、数据加工整合、共享平台与机制等方面取得了显著的进展。但与国外相比,还存在诸多问题急待解决,主要表现在观念陈旧、共享机制不完善、数据资源整合缓慢等方面。最后,提出了进一步加强我国森林资源数据共享工作的建议。
The paper analyzed the status and problems in forest resource data sharing of China based on summarizing current status and development trends of forest resource data sharing in foreign countries. The perfect mechanism of data sharing and service was founded in foreign countries, it has abundant data resource for sharing. The data sharing played important roles for its development of science and technology of forestry. In recent years, forest resource data sharing was improved rapidly in China, the progress was made obviously in formulation of technical standard, processing and integrating of data, sharing platform and service mechanism. But comparing with foreign countries, it has still some problems in data sharing for China to be solved, such as laggard idea, unperfect data sharing mechanism, slow integrating of data resource and so on. Finally, some suggestions on data sharing for China are put forward.
