摘要:为探讨5种商用活性炭AC-1、AC-2、AC-3、AC-4和AC-5孔结构对CS_(2)的吸附/脱附性能的影响,通过BET表征活性炭的孔隙结构,并在常温动态装置中研究活性炭对CS_(2)的吸附/脱附性能。研究结果表明:活性炭的比表面积、孔容积和孔径分布与活性炭对CS_(2)的吸附/脱附性能密切相关,活性炭对CS_(2)有效吸附孔径为CS_(2)分子直径的3~5倍。同时发现活性炭对CS_(2)吸附能力的大小取决于分布在1.11~1.85 nm之间孔径的孔容积,孔容积越大,活性炭对CS_(2)吸附量越多。活性炭对CS_(2)脱附能力的大小取决于分布在2.59~3.33 nm之间的孔径的孔容积,孔容积越大,活性炭对CS_(2)脱附性能越高。
The effects of the pore structure of five commercial activated carbons(AC-1,AC-2,AC-3,AC-4 and AC-5)on the adsorption/desorption performance of CS_(2)was studied.The pore structure of activated carbon was characterized by BET,and the effects of activated carbon on the adsorption/desorption performance of CS_(2)were studied by a dynamic device at room temperature.The results showed that the specific surface area,pore volume and pore size distribution of activated carbon were closely related to the adsorption/desorption performance of activated carbon on CS_(2).The effective adsorption pore size of activated carbon for CS_(2)was 3-5 times of the diameter of CS_(2)molecule.At the same time,it was found that the adsorption capacity of activated carbon for CS_(2)depended on the pore volume of the pore diameter distributed between 1.11-1.85 nm.The larger the pore volume was,the more volume of CS_(2)was.The desorption capacity of activated carbon for CS_(2)depended on the pore volume of the pore diameter distributed between 2.59-3.33 nm.The larger the pore volume was,the higher performance of activated carbon for CS_(2)was.
