摘要:由丽赤壳属真菌引发的桉树焦枯病频繁发生,严重影响我国桉树产业的经济和生态效益。选育抗病品系是针对该病害进行绿色综合防控最重要的手段之一。采用菌丝悬浮液无伤接种法对13个桉树纯种及5个杂交品系接种桉树焦枯病优势病原菌物种Calonectria pseudoreteaudi,基于病情指数划分各桉树品系的抗病性等级。结果表明:供试的18个桉树品系抗病性差异明显,其中9个为中抗品系,2个为中感品系,7个为高感品系。在3个不同气候适应区域的测试桉树品系中,云贵高原地区的直杆桉、高原丘陵过渡区的邓恩桉以及粤桂地区的5个杂交无性系、赤桉和托里桉表现出一定的抗病能力。该研究为适应不同气候区域的桉树人工林抗病品系选择及绿色综合防控策略的制定提供了理论依据。
Calonectria leaf blight has significantly diminished the economic and ecological benefits of the eucalypt industry in China.Breeding disease-resistant eucalypt genotypes represents one of the most critical approaches for achieving green disease prevention and control.In this study,a total of 13 eucalypt species and five hybrids were utilized in the inoculation trials,with C.pseudoreteaudi,the most prevalent pathogen in southern China,serving as the inoculum source.Based on the disease index,the levels of disease resistance were classified into four distinct categories.The results indicated that there was significant variation of resistance against C.pseudoreteaudi among 18 eucalypt species.Of those,nine were identified as moderately resistant,two as moderately susceptible,and seven as highly susceptible.Among the tested eucalypt species in three different climate adaptation regions,E.globulus subsp.maidenii in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau region,E.dunnii in the plateau-hill transition zone,as well as five hybrid clones,E.camaldulensis and Corymbia torelliana in the Guangdong-Guangxi region showed certain disease resistance.This study provides a theoretical foundation for selecting disease-resistant eucalypt species suited to different climatic zones and formulating integrated green pest management strategies for eucalypt plantations.
