摘要:采用硅胶室温干燥法,延安种源刺槐种子含水量由6.9%降至5.9%、4.8%、4.2%和3.6%,吴起种源刺槐种子含水量由7.4%降至6.3%、5.1%、4.3%和3.8%,对不同含水量刺槐种子发芽率、相对电导率、脱氢酶活性和α-淀粉酶活性等指标进行测定,并对种子老化(50℃,30 d)后的发芽率和生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明:延安种源刺槐种子含水量不低于4.8%时,种子发芽率、脱氢酶活性、α-淀粉酶活性保持在相对较高的水平;吴起种源刺槐含水量不低于4.3%时,种子发芽率高于自然干燥种子,电导率低于自然干燥种子,脱氢酶活性和α-淀粉酶活性高于自然干燥种子;延安种源刺槐种子含水量不低于4.8%时,种子抗老化能力较自然干燥含水量种子强;吴起种源刺槐种子含水量不低于4.3%时,种子抗老化能力强与自然干燥含水量种子;种源地和种质对种子耐超干能力有较显著的影响。
With the method of drying by silica gel, Robinia pseudoacacia seed of Yan' an City and Wuqi City were dried from 6.9% to 5.9%, 4.8%, 4.2% and 3.6%, and from 7.4% to 6.3%, 5.1%, 4.3% and 3.8% moisture content, respectively, the germination percentage, relative conductivity,activities of dehydrogenase and α-amylase were measured. After ultra-drying the seed was accelerated aged (50 ℃, 30 d), some physiological indexes was tested. The results showed that seed germination percentage of Robinia pseudoacacia of Yan' an City has a high level with its moisture content no less than 4.8% ; Germination percentage of Wuqi City Robinia pseudoacacia ultra-dried seed with moisture content no less than 4.3% was higher than that of seed with 7.4% moisture content, while its relative conductivity was lower than seed with 7.4% moisture content and activities of dehydrogenase and α -amylase were higher than seed with 7.4% moisture content; Under aging condition, the germination percentage and physiological characteristic of Robinia pseudoacacia seed with ultra-drying treatment decreased fewer than seed without ultra-drying treatment. Seed quality and source have significant effects on seed ability of ultra-drying.
