摘要:利用熔融挤出的方法制得乙酰化木粉(AWF)/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)复合材料,在制备过程中将3种环氧脂肪酸甲酯增塑剂添加到复合材料中,对复合材料的力学性能、吸水率、接触角及表面能、增塑剂热迁移、热机械性能和动态热机械性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着增塑剂质量分数的增加,材料的力学性能不断下降,但整体来说添加1号增塑剂的材料的力学强度最高;同时该材料具有最低的吸水率,接触角测试也能验证其界面极性最小。在85℃及100 min内1号增塑剂的热迁移常数相比最小,但随着时间的延长3号增塑剂在材料中的保留最好。TMA结果显示,随着温度的增大材料的膨胀加剧,添加3号增塑剂的复合材料相比具有最大的线膨胀系数。
Composites of acetylated wood flour (AWF) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) are produced by melt extrusion.Three kinds of epoxy fatty acid methyl esters are added in the process of preparation.Tensile strength,hydrophobic,contact angle and surface energy,thermal migration of plasticizers,thermal mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the obtained composites are studied.The result shows that tensile strength decreases with increasing concentration of plasticizers.However,the composites added No.1 plasticizer shows highest tensile strength and best hydrophobic properties.No.1 plasticizer has minimum migration rate at 85 ℃ in 100 minutes,but No.3 plasticizer retains best in the composites after 3 500 minutes.The result of thermal mechanical properties exhibits that the expansion of composites intensifies by increasing temperature,and composites added No.3 plasticizer shows highest coefficient of linear expansion.
