摘要:以杭州低丘树龄25年的湿地松人工林样地为例,基于Resistograph数据树木年轮,采用Gompertz、Mitscherlich、Logistic和Richards四种理论生长方程及Weilbull概率密度函数模拟直径生长规律,并以综合决定系数(R2)、均方根误差(RMSE)为参数选择适宜湿地松人工林径向生长的最佳模型,最后以最佳模型描述湿地松径向生长规律。结果显示:(1)木材阻力测试仪Resistograph可以无损、原位测量分析湿地松活立木的年轮宽度数据,为湿地松人工林径向生长规律研究提供一种估测的便捷方法;(2)利用R语言Optim函数得到湿地松直径生长的5个生长方程,其中Gompertz为模拟该湿地松人工林径向生长的最佳模型,决定系数R2大于98%,RMSE为0.17~0.98;(3)基于Gompertz生长方程绘制了湿地松生长速率及加速度曲线,显示湿地松人工林最大加速时间在5年前,拐点时间在6~12年,最大降速时间在11~21年。
Pinus elliottii is the main afforestation tree species in southern China.This study simulates the diameter growth law of Pinus elliottii plantation with 25 years of age in low hill of Hangzhou useing Gompertz、Mitscherlich、Logistic、Richards and the Weilbull probability density function based on Resistograph data tree rings,and selects the best model suitable for the radial growth of Pinus elliottii plantation with the parameters of coefficient of determination(R2)and root mean square error(RMSE).The results showed that:(1)Wood resistance tester Resistograph can measure and analyze ring width data of Pinus elliottii in situ,which provides a convenient method for studying the radial growth law of Pinus elliottii plantation;(2)five growth equations of diameter of Pinus elliottii were obtained.And Gompertz is the best model to simulate the radial growth of the Pinus elliottii plantation.The coefficient of determination(R2)is more than 98%,and the RMSE is 0.17~0.98 for the equation;(3)The growth rate and acceleration curves of Pinus elliottii were plotted based on the Gompertz growth equation,which has the best effect on the diameter simulation of Pinus elliottii at 25 years old,which can provide basis for fertilization and thinning.
