摘要：“申请—考核”制正成为我国博士研究生招生的主要方式。为了甄选出科研创新能力强、专业学术潜质大的优秀人才,招生单位需不断探索和优化本单位“申请—考核”制招生流程。调研发现,研究生和教师(导师和研究生教育管理人员)群体支持推行“申请—考核”制招生,但认为人情因素可能干扰导师行使招生权力。对于中国林业科学研究院现行的“申请—考核”制招生流程,调研总结出有待改进的方面,并提出从完善申请条件、明确材料审核标准、丰富考核方式、严格培养环节管理、健全督导检查机制、畅通考生申诉渠道等方面进行优化。
The application-evaluation system becomes a main way of doctoral enrollment in China.In order to select the talent in science accurately,the enrollment institutions needs to explore and optimize the application-evaluation enrollment procedure steadily.It was found both graduates and teachers(supervisors and graduate managers)supported to implement the application-examination doctoral enrollment,however they believed the potential influence of human relationship on supervisors and worried about the fairness of enrollment.For optimizing the doctoral enrollment procedures in Chinese Academy of Forestry,it is necessary to rationalize the application requirement,score the material assessment indexes,diverse the evaluation methods,strengthen training management,improve the supervision mechanisms and widen the appealing channels to the applicants and the society.
