摘要:以改性聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为保护胶体,以双氧水(H O)/酒石酸(TA)氧化还原体系为引发剂制2 2备聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液。采用SEM、红外、DSC、DMA等对胶粘剂的转化率、形貌、结构等性能进行了测试;结果表明,聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的转化率能达到99%以上,瞬时转化率也在80%以上。SEM显示其乳胶粒子平均粒径在1 000 nm左右;Al Cl的加入对PVAc膜结构无影响,加入成膜助剂使其玻璃化温度(T)降低;PVAc的T在32.63 g g℃左右,与DMA测试结果基本一致。
The polyvinyl acetate latexes were prepared using modified polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the protective colloid, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)/tartaric acid (TA) as the redox initiator. The conversion rate, morphology structure and other properties of the adhesives were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), FTIR, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),DMA,etc. The results showed that the conversion of vinyl acetate emulsion could reach over 99%, and the instantaneous conversion rate was above 80%; the average particle diameter of latex particles was about 1000nm; AlCl3 had no affect on PVAc film structure;the glass transition temperature(Tg) of film decreased when adding film-forming additives;the Tg of PVAc was about 32.6℃,consistent with the DMA result.
