摘要:研究了活性炭吸附、冷冻澄清、溶剂萃取、大孔树脂吸附等单元纯化方法以及多元组合纯化方法对单宁酸的纯化效果。确定了适用于制备墨水单宁酸、染料单宁酸、药用单宁酸、食用单宁酸、酿造单宁酸等高纯度单宁酸系列产品的纯化工艺技术路线,并成功应用于生产,建成了生产线,产品质量符合相关标准的要求。
Several methods of purification for tannic acid,such as adsorbing by active carbon,clarifying under low temperature,extracting by solvent,adsorbing by macroporous resin and their different combination,were examined.On the basis of the study results,the production technology for series of purified tannic acid used in manufacture of ink,dye,medicine,food and drink were tried and applied in industrial scale.Quality of the products accords with the specification of relevant product standards.
