摘要：标准体系框架设计是林产工业循环经济标准体系构建的基础。以国家标准GB/T 13016—2009《标准体系表编制原则和要求》以及相关法律、法规为依据,再结合中国林产工业循环经济产业特征,参考国外林产工业循环经济标准,提出了中国林产工业循环经济标准体系建设的原则、方法,构建了标准体系框架。林产工业循环经济标准体系框架划分为基础与综合、节材、节水、节能、清洁生产、有害物质控制、再利用、废固资源化、废水及工业余热资源化9个子体系。
Designing of a system framework is the basis for construction of the forest products industry standard system. According to the GB/T 13016--2009 Principles and Requirements for Preparing Diagrams of Standard System, relevant laws and regulations, and combining with characteristics of forest products industry circular economy in China and foreign forest products industry circular economy standards, principals and strategies of the establishment on standard system of forest products industry circular economy are put forward, framework of the standard system is established. The framework of standard system includes basic and comprehensive, saving material, saving water, saving energy, clean production, control of harmful substances, reuse, solid waste recycling, and waste water recycling.
