摘要:以潮间带不同高度(50 cm、100 cm)垄上海滨木槿(Hibiscus hamabo)和蜡杨梅(Myrica cerifera)为研究对象,分析了两物种光合特征对起垄高度的响应及其种间差异,为合理的起垄高度和优良消浪植物材料选择提供理论依据。结果发现,无论是高垄还是低垄,蜡杨梅光响应曲线弯曲度相对较缓,而海滨木槿相对较陡。高垄上两物种具有较小的表观量子效率(AQE)、暗呼吸速率(R_d)和较大的最大净光合速率(P_(max))、光补偿点(LCP)、光饱和点(LSP);方差分析发现海滨木槿P_d、蜡杨梅AQE、LCP、LSP在不同起垄高度间均存在显著差异(P<0.05);可见,蜡杨梅在高垄(100 cm)利用强光的能力显著增加,而海滨木槿的光合特征却无显著变化。此外还发现,乡土树种海滨木槿P_(max)、LCP、LSP均显著大于引进种蜡杨梅,在潮间带显示出更强的生命力。
The responses of photosynthetic characteristics to different ridges (50, 100 cm) and interspecies differences were investigated in Hibiscus hamabo and Myrica cerifera wave break forests in this study. The results show that the light response curve is relative flat for M. cerifera and steep for H. hamabo at both ridge heights. Plants has a lower apparent quanta yield (AQE), dark respiration rate (Rd) and a higher maximum net photosynthesis rate (Pmax), light compensate point (LCP) and light saturation point (LSP) at high ridge than that at low ridge. The Rd of H. hamabo, AQE, LCP, LSP of M. cerifera are found to be of significant differences between high and low ridges. Meanwhile, the values of Pmax, LCP and LSP ofm. hamabo are significantly higher than that of M. cerifera. Ability of using high light intensity is enhanced for M. cerifera at high ridge, and a better photosynthetic ability is found for H. hamabo than that ofM. cerifera in coastal intertidal zone.
