摘要:主要介绍了高得率机械浆H_2O_2漂白过程中垢的来源、形成以及垢的抑制。H_2O_2漂白过程中形成的垢可分为三种类型,即硅酸盐垢、草酸盐垢、水垢。硅酸盐垢可以通过改变加药顺序或加入点的改变、镁钙比例的提高、硅酸钠的用量减少或替代来控制。用Mg(OH)_2代替NaOH可以降低漂白中产生的草酸量,减少草酸盐垢的形成;镁盐还可以稳定H_2O_2,起到稳定剂的效果。同时镁盐还能降低COD,减少阴离子垃圾的含量,降低化学品费用和提高浆料漂白得率。
The scale source, formation and control in hydrogen peroxide bleaching of high yield pulps was reviewed in this paper. There are three types of scales forming in the process, i.e., silicate scales, calcium oxalate scales and water scales. Silicate scales can be controlled or reduced by using the following methods: changing the adding points of bleaching chemicals, raising the ions ratio of Mg^2+ to Ca^2+ or/and decreasing the dosage of sodium silicate in hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Oxalic acid can be reduced by using Mg(OH)2 as NaOH-replacing alkali, so that the oxalate scaling is lowered. Hydrogen peroxide can be stabilized by magnesium salt which can play a role of a stabilizer. Meanwhile, magnesium salt can lower COD, reduce the content of anion trash to decrease the cost of chemicals and increase the yield rate of pulp bleaching.
