摘要:【目的】林地利用强度是全球森林管理的关键因素,极大地影响着森林植物和生态系统的多功能性。本研究试图量化林地利用强度对云南普洱山区林地的植物多样性和土壤性质的影响。【方法】在云南省普洱市倚象镇,选择4种林地利用强度下的典型森林,即原始季风常绿阔叶林、自然更新的卡西亚松(Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis)林、放牧形成的灌草丛、持续管理的咖啡(Coffea arabica)人工林,开展群落学调查和土壤样品测定,分析林地利用强度对植物多样性、群落组成和土壤养分的影响。【结果】植物多样性随林地利用强度增加而降低;土壤有机碳和全氮含量、含水量、脲酶和酸性磷酸酶活性均随林地利用强度增加而降低,降幅可达45.95%~67.90%;土壤全磷含量随林地利用强度增加而增加,增幅可达100%。植物多样性的多重属性与林内空气湿度、土壤含水量、土壤pH值、土壤有机碳和土壤全氮含量等呈正相关,与林内空气温度和土壤速效磷含量呈负相关。林内空气温度是影响植物多样性的主要因子,在随机森林模型中的解释率高达72.90%。【结论】本研究揭示了我国南亚热带山地典型地带性森林——季风常绿阔叶林的不同林地利用强度对植物多样性、群落组成和土壤养分的影响,表明林地利用强度显著改变了植物多样性和土壤养分,为通过合理经营提升森林多种功能奠定了科学依据,对我国南亚热带天然林的可持续管理具有重要意义。
【Objective】Woodland use intensity(WUI)is one of the key factors in global forest management,which greatly affects the multifunctionality of forest plants and ecosystems.This study attempted to quantify the effects of WUI on plant diversity and soil properties in Pu’er mountain area of Yunnan Province.【Method】In this study,four typical forests under WUI,namely,the original monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest,the naturally regenerated Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis forest,the grazing shrub and the continuously managed Coffea arabica plantations in Yixiang town,Pu'er City,Yunnan Province,were selected as the subjects.The effects of WUI on plant diversity,community composition and soil nutrients were analyzed based on community investigation and soil sample determination.【Result】With increasing of WUI,plant diversity decreased.With increasing of WUI,soil organic carbon,soil total nitrogen,soil moisture content,urease enzyme and acid phosphatase enzyme activity all decreased by 45.95%~67.90%.With increasing of WUI,soil total phosphorusincreased,and the increased were 100%.The multiple attributes of plant diversity were positively correlated with air humidity,soil moisture content,soil pH and soil total nitrogen,and negatively correlated with air temperature and soil available phosphorus content.Forest air temperature was the major factor affecting plant diversity,and the explanation rate in the random forest model was as high as 72.90%.【Conclusion】The result show that:WUI significantly altered plant diversity and soil nutrients.In this study,we revealed the effects of different WUI on plant diversity,community composition and soil nutrients of monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest,a typical zonal forest in south subtropical mountain of China.It laid a scientific basis and theoretical foundation for improving forest function through forest ecosystem management,and is of great significance for the sustainable management of natural forests in southern subtropical China.
