摘要：为探究竹类植物生殖生物学,该研究以杭州地区茶竿竹(Pseudosasa amabilis)为试验材料,使用野外观测法观察茶竿竹开花林相、开花动态、花器官构造;使用碘-碘化钾法、培养基萌发法、联苯胺-过氧化氢法检测茶竿竹花粉活力、花粉萌发率及柱头可授性等生物学特性。结果表明:(1)茶竿竹花期约115 d,盛花期为2月末至4月初,花后老竹不死;新竹当年不开花,次年与老竹同步开花。(2)茶竿竹花药刚露出时花粉活力和花粉萌发率最高,发育良好和萌发良好的花粉占比分别为48.00%和5.41%;花药散粉时柱头可授性最好。(3)茶竿竹是多次开花的混生竹种,花序形态为圆锥花序,开花类型为混合花序,小花为开放型颖花。综上认为,茶竿竹开花后并不死亡,可以多年多次连续开花,是混合花序类型,花粉萌发率不高是结实率极低的主要原因。
To provide a reference for further research into the reproductive biology of bamboo,Pseudosasa amabilis was used in this study,and the field observation method was used to observe the flowering forest phase,floral dynamic and the organ structure.The biological characteristics such as pollen viability,pollen germination rate,and stigma receptivity of P.amabilis were detected using the iodine-potassium iodide method,medium germination method,and benzidine-hydrogen peroxide method.The results were as follows:(1)The flowering period of P.amabilis was about 115 d,and the florescence was from late February to early April.After flowering,the old bamboo did not die,and in the same year,the new bamboo did not bloom,but bloomed synchronously with the old bamboo in the next year.(2)The pollen vitality and germination rate of P.amabilis were the highest when the anthems first appeared,with well-developed and good germination pollens accounting for 48.00%and 5.41%,respectively.The stigma had the best receptivity when the anthers released pollen.(3)P.amabilis was a mixed bamboo that bloomed multiple times with conical mixed inflorescences and open florets.In summary,P.amabilis does not die after flowering and can bloom continuously for many years,and it is a mixed inflorescence type.The main reason for the extremely low seed setting rate was the low germination rate of pollen.
