摘要：结合“3S”、野外调查等技术,对比前期林业经营数据,分析富源县林地资源现状和林地管理属性变更趋势特征。采用相关矩阵、多元回归和主成分分析方法,定量分析林地属性变化的社会经济驱动因素。结果表明,富源有林地面积占比最大(66.49%),其净增量也最明显(3299.39 hm^2),其中用材林面积增加2259.97 hm^2,主要由未划分林地面积转变而来,说明森林面积有所扩大;从保护等级看,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级保护林地面积占比大,增速快,Ⅳ级保护林地面积明显减少,表明森林质量提升明显;经模型分析,农村人口比重是导致有林地变更的主要驱动因素,固定资产投资是导致疏林地变更的主要驱动因素,第二产业总值是导致灌木林地和其他林地变更的主要驱动因素。林地与非林地动态转移面积变更驱动机制模型Y1=266.339-0.03F1+0.004F2;有林地面积变更与城市发展因子(F1)成反比,与农村发展因子(F2)成正比;森林发展持续向好,主要受农村人口转移和农村发展因子良性驱动。
This paper analyzed the current situation of forestland resources and the change trend of forestland management attributes in Fuyuan County by comparing the previous forestry management data based on“3S”technology,field investigation and other techniques.The correlation matrix,multiple regression analysis and principal component analysis were used to quantitatively analyze the social and economic driving factors of forestland attribute change.The results showed that the woodland area accounted for the largest(66.488%),and its net increment was also the most obvious(3299.39 hm^2).The timber forest area increased by 2259.97 hm^2,mainly from the area of undivided forest land,which indicated that the forest area in Fuyuan County had been expanded.From the level of protection,the area of II and III protected forestland was relatively large,and the increase was fast.The area of IV protected forestland was obviously reduced,which indicated that the quality of forest in Fuyuan County was improved obviously.Based on model analysis,the proportion of rural population was the main driving factor of woodland change.The investment in fixed assets was the main driving factor of sparse woodland change.The secondary industry gross was the main driving factor of shrubland change and other woodland change.The drive mechanism model of dynamic transfer area change was:Y1=266.339-0.03 F1+0.004 F2.The woodland change was inversely proportional to urban development factor and directly proportional to rural development factor.In a word,the forest development of Fuyuan County continued to be good,mainly driven by the rural population transfer and the rural development factor.
