摘要:对海南省临高县的15个细枝木麻黄种源试验中的6个性状的遗传分析表明,4年生种源间除保存率外各生长和形态性状均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),生长表现最好种源的树高、胸径、单株材积、主干分叉习性、主干通直度和保存率比所有种源的平均值分别增加了27.6%、44.3%、184.1%、13.0%、15.2%和25.5%。遗传参数估算结果表明,这6个性状的遗传力较高,介于0.54-0.91之间,说明各性状的差异主要由遗传因素所致,具有较强的遗传选择潜力。按20%的入选率,利用Smith-Hazel指数选择法进行选择,入选种源的树高、胸径、单株材积、主干分叉习性和主干通直度的平均遗传增益分别是21.7%、25.9%、76.6%、2.8%和10.7%,共有3个种源C11、C08和C20被选择为综合性状优良的种源,可作为下一步杂交育种的遗传材料。
According to genetic analysis obtained on 6 traits of 4-year-old Casuarina cunninghamiana in international provenance trial which established in Lingao County, Hainan Province, there were very significant differences in all traits but survival percentage among 15 provenances of C. cunninghamiana. Growth parameters of height (H) , diameter at breast height ( D~, ) , volume (V) , axis persistence (AP), stem straightness (SS) and survival percentage (SP) of the best-perfi)rming provenance in the trial increased by 27.6% , 44.3% , 184.1% , 13.0% , 15.2% and 25.5% respectively compared with total mean values of the 6 traits. Based on calculation of genetic parameters, heritabilities of the 6 traits in C. cunninghamiana varied from O. 54 to 0.91, indicated that genetic factors mainly be responsible for the phenotypic differences of different provenances. Provenances C11, C08 and C20 were selected as superior provenances of C. cunninghamiana using Smith-Hazel index selection method and 20% selective ratio, in which genetic gains of H, DBH, V, AP and SS of these selected provenances were 21.7%, 25.9%, 76.6%, 2.8% and 10.7% respectively. They will be used as breeding materials for further cross breeding purpose.
