摘要:介绍了本所近年来利用慈竹制化学机械浆的中试过程和竹材化机浆的主要物理性能,用竹材化机浆配抄出各项指标达到牛皮挂面箱纸板B级标准的纸板产品。竹材CTMP废水与木材CTMP废水相比,有三大差异:①木材CTMP吨浆产生的COD一般在100~270kg;对竹材CTMP工艺,吨浆产生的COD达301kg之多,后者比前者的COD发生量大约高50%。②竹材CTMP废水中氨氮含量高,达500mg·L-1以上,在生化处理废水时,不需加微生物生长需要的营养盐氮。③竹材CTMP废水中的硫的含量很低,这有利于用厌氧处理时取得良好的净化效果。采用厌氧-好氧-物理混凝组合技术处理后,可使竹材化机浆废水达到新的国家排放标准(GB3544-2008)。
One important direction on cleaner production in paper making industry is bamboo CTMP. The pilot process on bamboo CTMP and its major physical properties were introduced. The paper products made from bamboo CTMP with other pulp could reach the requirements of B standard of kraft liner board. The wastewater of bamboo CTMP was studied systematically, the results showed that COD content of bamboo CTMP was 1/5-1/3 of that of chemical pulp, one of features of the wastewater was rich in Nitrogen, and bamboo CTMP wastewater could meet the new discharge standards(GB 3544-2008) after the treatment with anaerobicaerobic-physical coagulation combined technology.
