摘要：通过对木-橡胶静音地板技术特性的分析,基于权责发生制与收付实现制,应用技术经济学分析方法对该静音地板带来的经济效益进行了较为深入的计算分析,并由此得出结论:静音地板的附加值能提高到102.2%,可给社会带来较大总效益。对于企业,该项目的盈利能力较强,可成为企业新的经济增长点;对于行业,该项目不但为木基功能材料的应用提供了一个新的研究方向,而且推进了木材综合利用工程的发展;对于社会,该项目的投产开辟了一个新的产业领域,创造了大量的就业机会,对缓解目前金融危机形势下就业难的问题起到了积极作用。
Taking of WRC （wood-rubber functional composite）-based soundproof floor, as an object, the economic benefits from the floor were calculated by techno-economics according to accrual basis and cash basis of accounting. The added value of WRC-based soundproof floor is increased to 136.4% for the enterprise, as well as considerable benefits for the society. To the manufactory, it is a profitable production project and can be a new economic growth point. To the wood industry, this project not only provides a new research direction, but also promotes the development of wood comprehensive utilization engineering. To the society, the launch of the project introduces a new domain and creates many employment opportunities and thus actively relieves the employment problem under the circumstances of financial crisis.
