摘要：中国不仅是世界上最大的木门制造中心国家,同时也是木门市场消费最多的国家。木质防火门是一种新型门,是高科技产物。木质防火门因其外形美观、安装方便、装饰性能好、防火性能优越而被广泛应用于各类民用建筑和部分工业建筑。本研究利用自制绿色环保阻燃体系和新型结构设计制备木质防火门,能够解决传统木质防火门阻燃效率不高、生产工艺不环保和结构稳定性差等质量问题,此外,其具有成本合理、绿色环保、美观大方的特点,在市场上具有极大的优势。
China is not only the largest wooden door manufacturing center in the world, but also the greatest wooden door consumer markets on the globe. The fire-rated wood door is a new type of door and a hightech product. Fire-rated wood doors are widely used in various civil buildings and some industrial build-ings because of their beautiful appearance,convenient installation, good decorative performance and superior fire performance. In this study, a self-made green fire-retardant system and a new structural design are used to the fabrication of fire-rated wood doors, which can solve the problems of low flame-retardant efficiency, unprotected production process and poor structural stability existed in traditional fire-rated wood doors. In addition, its reasonable cost, green environmental protection, beautiful and generous features have great advantages in the market.
