摘要:目的:探究金花茶花朵的食用安全性,为后续食品开发奠定基础。方法:采用食品安全相关国家标准,对金花茶花朵的主要毒理学安全性指标进行研究。结果:经急性经口毒性检测试验,金花茶花朵冻干粉剂量大于20 g/kg BW时,小鼠无死亡和病变,实测无毒。细菌回复突变试验检测结果为阴性,无诱发细菌突变作用。雌雄小鼠各剂量组的PCE/RBC比值均未低于阴性对照组的20%,表明金花茶花朵冻干粉对小鼠骨髓红细胞含微核细胞率未产生明显影响,小鼠精母细胞染色体未发生畸变。结论:金花茶花朵属无毒物质,在新兴食品资源的开发利用领域具有广泛应用前景。
Objective:To assess the food safety of Camellia nitidissima flowers and to establish a scientific basis for their subsequent development as food products.Methods:Based on the relevant national food safety standards,the main toxicological safety indicators of C.nitidissima flowers were evaluated.Results:In the acute oral toxicity test,no deaths or pathological changes were observed in mice administered flower freeze-dried powder at a dose exceeding 20 g/kg BW,indicating that the sample is practically non-toxic.The bacterial reverse mutation test(Ames test)yielded negative results,suggesting no mutagenic effect on bacteria.The PCE/RBC ratios in all dose groups of both male and female mice were not lower than 20%of those in the negative control group,indicating that the freeze-dried powder had no significant effect on the micronucleus rate of mouse bone marrow erythrocytes.No chromosomal aberrations were detected in mouse spermatocytes.Conclusion:The C.nitidissima flowers were classified as non-toxic substances and had broad application prospects in the development and utilization of emerging food resources.
