摘要：介绍了林产品国际贸易现状、贸易与环境问题的背景,阐述了国际上针对非法采伐问题争论的主要进程,并分析了国际上打击非法采伐的实质。通过以上的论述,认为经济全球化的日益发展,必然产生发达国家与发展中国家在森林资源利用问题上的矛盾,非法采伐问题是一次森林资源利用的再分配过程。最后,提出了相关的政策建议。
This paper introduces status quo of international trade of forest products,background of the trade and its environment problem,illustrates the main progresses of international discussion on illegallogging.Essential of cracking down illegal-logging is analyzed.The conclusion is that economic globalization certainly leads to the contradiction between the developed and developing countries on the utility of forest resources.Actually,timber illegal-logging is a reallocation process of forest resources.Finally,advices are given.
