摘要:为深入了解植物生长延缓剂对速生用材树种苗木生理特性的影响,以半年生米老排幼苗为试验材料,采用田间栽培法,测定速生树种米老排幼苗在烯效唑(S 3307)、多效唑(PP_(333))和矮壮素(CCC)3种植物生长延缓剂处理下可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、抗氧化物质活性及内源激素含量等生理指标。结果表明:3种植物生长延缓剂对米老排可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖积累均有显著影响(P<0.05),并且随着植物生长延缓剂浓度的升高,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势,其中,P3[浓度为1200 mg·L^(-1)的PP_(333)]处理的米老排幼苗可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量最高;除S1和S4[浓度为50和200 mg·L^(-1)的S 3307]处理外,植物生长延缓剂处理后,米老排的丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著小于对照组;植物生长延缓剂还有利于提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化酶的活性;植物生长延缓剂会抑制米老排赤霉素(GA 3)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)积累,其中,浓度为1200 mg·L^(-1)的PP_(333)抑制效果最好,低浓度S 3307和PP_(333)对细胞分裂素(CTK)的积累有促进作用,高浓度S 3307和PP_(333)会抑制CTK积累,而CCC对CTK积累效果不明显。相关性分析结果表明,PP_(333)、CCC与各生理指标呈现显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)相关;主成分和隶属函数分析的综合评价结果显示,浓度为1200 mg·L^(-1)的PP_(333)对提高米老排抗逆性、延缓苗木生长的作用效果最好。植物生长延缓剂有提高米老排渗透调节物质含量和抗氧化酶的活性、降低内源激素含量的作用,能提高其抗逆性,延缓苗木生长。
In order to deeply understand the effect of plant growth retardants on the physiological characteristics of seedlings of fast-growing timber species,half a year old Mytilaria laosensis seedlings were used as experimental materials,soluble protein and sugar content,antioxidant activity,and endogenous hormone content of seedlings of M.laosensis treated with three plant growth retardants,namely S_(3307),PP_(333),and CCC,were determined under field cultivation conditions.The results showed that S_(3307),PP_(333),and CCC were all beneficial to the accumulation of soluble protein and sugar in M.laosensis.Specifically,as the concentration of plant growth retardant increased,the soluble protein and sugar content first increased and then decreased;their highest levels were achieved under treatment of P3(1200 mg·L^(-1)PP_(333)).The MDA content of the seedlings treated with plant growth retardant was significantly lower than that in the control group,except at S1 and S4 treatment(50 and 200 mg·L^(-1)of S_(3307)).Moreover,the plant growth retardants could increase the activities of antioxidant enzymes,such as SOD,POD,and CAT.Low concentrations of S_(3307) and PP_(333) promoted CTK accumulation,whereas high concentrations inhibited it.However,the influence of CCC on CTK accumulation was not obvious.Correlation analysis showed that PP_(333) and CCC concentrations were significantly or extremely significantly correlated with each physiological index.Comprehensive evaluation based on principal component analysis and the membership function method showed that 1200 mg·L^(-1)PP_(333)caused the best stress resistance improvement and greatest growth delays for M.laosensis.In conclusion,plant growth retardants could increase the content of osmotic regulators and the activity of antioxidant enzymes while reducing the content of endogenous hormones such as GA_(3) in M.laosensis,which improved the stress resistance and delayed the growth of the seedlings.
