摘要:借助同步热分析仪(TG-DSC)分别对湿的、热干燥和冷冻干燥造纸脱墨污泥的热解特性进行初步研究。借助傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对污泥化学特性进行初步研究。结果表明,脱墨污泥的热解可以分为水分析出、有机物质析出、矿物质分解和残留灰分4个阶段,脱墨污泥中可能含有高岭土、苯类等物质。
The pyrolysis properties of wet de-inking sludge and heat dry de-inking sludge and freeze dry de-inking sludge were studied by Synchronization Thermal Analyzer (TG-DSC). The chemical properties of heat dry de-inking sludge was studied by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FT-IR). The results showed that Pyrolysis process can be roughly divided into four stages, i.e. water precipitation, organic materials precipitation, minerals deeomposition and ash remaining; kaolin and benzene and so on are possibly found in de-inking sludge. The fundamental understanding for utilization of de-inking sludge is provided.
