摘要：介绍了中德森林可持续经营合作项目的实施概况和项目开展的有关活动,评估了中德合作项目的成果和产生的积极影响。指出了在合作中存在的差距,如基础设施、科技技、信息服务落后、对新技术和新理念的认识、林业政策不配套、缺乏对森林资源的自然属性与经济属性关联研究等。提出了今后中德合作重点方向,如围绕森林可持续经营开展森林可持续经营的标准、指标体系研究,对碳循环影响分析,森林价值的社会环境评价,以及可持续经营的政策影响研究等。
Sino-German Financial cooperative project began in 1980s,contained both technique and finance areas.Sino-German cooperative project not only obtained the significant Eco-efficiency and economic benefits by raising forest coverage,but also made Chinese forestry workers acquire both new idea and new technology of forestry.However,forestry infrastructure and technological information servers are still imperfect,forestry policy is not suitable and follow-up funds still isn＇t sufficient.We need to evaluation and summarize the existing projects,strengthen the construction of forestry law,improving the quality of Sino-German Financial cooperative project.
