摘要：在过去10年中世界林产品贸易量持续增长,但林产品供求结构性矛盾依然突出,地区和国家之间林产品贸易依旧不平衡。21世纪前期经济的发展和人口的增加将使世界林产品需求继续保持增长,但增加趋势将变缓。首先,全球林产品贸易格局将进一步调整,未来传统的劳动力密集型林产品、资本密集型林产品将逐步让位于技术密集型林产品;其次,林业涉及生态安全、气候变化、能源短缺等诸多国际重要议题,林产品国际贸易将更加注重环境保护和可持续发展;最后,林产品国际贸易保护主义有抬头的迹象。
Over the past decade,though forest product trade was expanded increasingly all over the world,the structural contradiction between supply and demand remained quite prominent and forest product trade among regions and countries was still imbalanced.In early twenty-first century,while demand for forest product world-wide will continue to increase along with the development of economy and explosion of population,the rate of increase will slow down.First of all,the global trade pattern of forest products will be further adjusted.In the future,traditionallabor-intensive forest products and capital intensive forest products will gradually give way to technology-intensive forest products. Secondly,forestry is concerned with many important international issues such as ecological security,climate change and energy shortage.In the future,international trade in forest products will pay more attention to environmental protection and sustainable development.Finally,there will be signs of a rise in protectionism in the international trade of forest products in the future.
