摘要:以毛竹为研究对象,通过"热上-热下"工艺制备竹篾胶合板,分析梯度降压曲线中高压时间和梯度降压时间对板材物理力学性能的影响,并与简化的热压工艺曲线进行对比。结果表明:高压时间和梯度降压时间对所测性能均有显著影响;高压时间直接影响产品的厚度回弹偏差,并随着时间延长各项物理力学性能呈上升趋势;梯度降压时间越长,产品性能越高;采用梯度降压曲线的板材综合性能优于采用两段和一段热压曲线制备的板材,尤其是多梯度曲线的板面平整程度是其他两种的3.5和5.2倍。因此选择合理的梯度降压热压曲线是对表面质量有要求的板材质量控制的重要保证。
In this study,Moso bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens) plywood was manufactured through hot-hot pressing process,and mechanical-physical properties were analyzed affected by different high-pressure time and pressure decrement time,at last the hot pressing curve was compared with simplified curves.The results showed that high-pressure time and pressure decrement time had significant influence on properties;the thickness rebound rate varied obviously by high-pressure time;the properties increased when high-pressure time or pressure decrement time prolonged;the tested properties manufactured from this kind of curve were better than those by one-step or two-step curves,especially that surface flatness was 5.2 or 3.5 times better.It can be concluded that hot pressing curve composed with reasonable pressure decrement is quality assurance when the surface flatness is clearly required.
