摘要:采用紫外检测器及C18反相色谱柱,优化得到分析醚菌酯的色谱条件:V(甲醇)∶V(水)=85∶15为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长220 nm。醚菌酯的质量浓度在5~100 mg/L范围内时,标准曲线决定系数为0.9997,线性相关性显著;分析样品的变异系数为0.55%,样品的回收率为99.6%~101.5%。抗流失试验结果表明:醚菌酯防腐工作液的质量分数为0.04%、0.08%和0.16%时,马尾松(Pinus massoniana)和杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)处理材的流失率分别在4.7%~7.5%和3.2%~6.9%之间,低于107杨(Populus×euramericana cv.‘74/76’)处理材(11.5%~18.4%)。3种处理材的流失率均在20%以下,抗流失性较好。乙醇溶解醚菌酯处理材的流失率稍高于水基化制剂处理材的流失率,因此将醚菌酯制备成水基化制剂可用于户外处理木材及其制品。
UV detector and C18 reversed-phase column were used for detection.The chromatographic conditions for analysis of kresoxim-methyl were as follows:flow phase methanol-water ratio of 85∶15,the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min,UV detection wavelength of 220 nm.There was a good linear relationship between kresoxim-methyl concentration and chromatographic peak area in the range of 5~100 mg/L,with a determination coefficient of 0.9997.The coefficient of variation and recovery of samples were 0.55%and 99.6%~101.5%,respectively.The results of the leaching test showed that when the concentrations were 0.04%,0.08%,and 0.16%,the leaching rate of kresoxim-methyl from Masson pine and Chinese fir were 4.7%~7.5%and 3.2%~6.9%,which were significantly lower than those of treated poplar‘107’(11.5%~18.4%).The leaching rate of kresoxim-methyl in the treated Masson pine,Chinese fir and poplar‘107’were all below 20%,the leaching resistance were excellent.The leaching rate of the treated wood with ethanol-dissolved kresoxim-methyl was higher than that of the water-based formulation,therefore the water-based formulation of pyraclostrobin was suitable in outdoor applications of treated wood and wood products.
