摘要:氨基酸是昆虫体内重要的营养物质,作为食物,食用昆虫可以为人体提供多种必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸。梳理影响食用昆虫体内氨基酸代谢与转化的关键因素,阐明其调控机制,为食用昆虫氨基酸代谢的系统研究提供理论依据。通过文献调研,本文归纳并分析了环境、种属、生长阶段、采食及肠道微生物等多重因素对昆虫氨基酸代谢的影响,总结食用昆虫体内调控氨基酸水平的相关因素及相关信号通路。昆虫氨基酸的代谢水平受环境、种属、生长阶段、采食以及肠道微生物等多重因素的影响。这些因素通过控制虫体的氨基酸浓度或通过一些信号通路的调控,进而直接或间接调节昆虫体内的氨基酸代谢与合成。本文主要综述了近年来食用昆虫的生长环境、种属、发育阶段、取食和肠道微生物等影响氨基酸代谢及转化的相关研究进展,为食用昆虫氨基酸代谢的研究提供理论参考,促进食用昆虫在营养资源开发中的高效利用。
Amino acids are crucial nutrients in insects;and as a food source,edible insects can provide humans with various essential and non-essential amino acids.This review aims to outline the key factors influencing the metabolism and transformation of amino acids in edible insects,clarify their regulatory mechanisms,and provide a theoretical basis for systematic research on amino acid metabolism in edible insects.Through literature review,this paper summarizes and analyzes the effects of multiple factorsincluding environment,species,growth stage,feeding,and gut microbiota-on amino acid metabolism in insects.It also examines the factors regulating amino acid levels and related signaling pathways in edible insects.The metabolism of amino acids in insects is influenced by various factors such as environment,species,growth stage,feeding,and gut microbiota.These factors directly or indirectly regulate amino acid metabolism and synthesis in insects by modulating amino acid concentrations or through the regulation of certain signaling pathways.This review summarizes recent research progress on how environmental conditions,species,developmental stages,feeding,and gut microbiota affect the metabolism and transformation of amino acids in edible insects.It provides a theoretical reference for future studies on amino acid metabolism in edible insects and promotes the efficient utilization of edible insects in nutritional resource development.conditions,species,developmental stages,feeding,and gut microbiota affect the metabolism and transformation of amino acids in edible insects.It provides a theoretical reference for future studies on amino acid metabolism in edible insects and promotes the efficient utilization of edible insects in nutritional resource development.
