摘要:[目的]林下草本层物种对维持温带森林生物多样性非常重要,但是目前对干旱影响林下草本层植物多样性的研究非常缺乏。通过人为模拟长期干旱,探究长期干旱对林下草本层物种多样性的影响,能够为气候变化背景下暖温带落叶阔叶林生态系统生物多样性的保护和可持续发展提供理论依据。[方法]在宝天曼典型天然次生林建立大型降雨减少控制实验平台,11 a后调查减雨样地和对照样地林下草本层物种生物多样性,并计算每种植物的重要值和样地内草本层的物种丰富度、Shannon-Weiner多样性指数、Simpson优势度指数和Pielou均匀度指数。[结果](1)调查样地内草本层共生长有34科58种植物,物种数远大于样地冠层和亚冠层的26个木本植物数量。(2)长期降雨减少处理后,草本层物种丰富度和Shannon–Wiener多样性指数分别显著降低44.3%和30.1%,而Simpson优势度指数和Pielou均匀度指数的变化未达到显著水平。(3)Shannon–Wiener多样性指数、Simpson优势度指数和Pielou均匀度指数与土壤有机质、水解氮和全磷显著相关,物种丰富度与土壤全磷显著相关。[结论]暖温带典型天然次生林生物多样性主要由草本层物种贡献,长期干旱降低了林下草本层生物多样性,土壤磷元素可能对林下草本层生物多样性具有重要影响。
[Objective]Species in the understory herb layer are crucial for maintaining biodiversity in tem-perate forests.However,research on how drought affected the diversity of understory herb layer is still un-clear.This study aimed to explore the impact of long-term simulated drought on species diversity in the un-derstory herbaceous layer,providing theoretical basis for the conservation and sustainable development of biodiversity in warm temperate deciduous broad-leaved forests under climate change.[Method]A large manipulative throughfall reduction platform was established in a typical natural secondary forest in Baotian-man.After 11 years,the diversity of the understory herb layer was investigated in both the rainfall-reduced plots and the control plots.The importance value of each plant species and the species richness,Shan-non–Wiener diversity index,Simpson dominance index and Pielou evenness index of understory herb-aceous layer were calculated.[Result]The results showed that:1)A total of 58 plant species from 34 fam-ilies were found in the herb layer of the six surveyed plots,which was much greater than the number of 26 woody plants in the canopy and subcanopy layers of the plots.2)Long-term rainfall reduction treatment significantly decreased the species richness and Shannon–Wiener diversity index of the herb layer by 44.3%and 30.1%respectively,while the Simpson dominance index and Pielou evenness index did not show significant changes.3)The Shannon–Wiener diversity index,Simpson dominance index and Pielou evenness index were significantly correlated with soil organic matter,hydrolyzable nitrogen and total phos-phorus.Species richness was significantly correlated with soil total phosphorus.[Conclusion]Biodiversity in the typical warm temperate natural secondary forests was largely determined by species in the herb-aceous layer.Long-term drought reduced the biodiversity of the understory herb layer,and soil phosphor-us might play an important role in maintaining the biodiversity of the understory herb layer.
